Dude, my stay was, like, super chill! Sandra was so friendly and totally knew all the best spots to check out. My room was cozy and had everything I needed. Seriously, a hot kettle and snacks in the lobby? Loved that! Just watch out for the street noise at night—it can get a bit loud.

Location near Tram 28 made getting around Lisbon super easy. The room had a clean atmosphere with a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. Unfortunately, the shower head was loose, and the bathroom door didn't close properly. I also found the street noise a bit distracting at night, especially as a light sleeper. The overall charm of the place was lovely, but the room could use better sound insulation.

The personal care and support definitely made the experience feel more valuable than your typical tourist spot. Unique charm and character in the decor made it feel like a refreshing change from generic hotel chains.
Mornings could get a little noisy due to the location, which might not help light sleepers. The shower head fixture was loose, and the washbasin cabinet door needed some fixing. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, and locking the room door from the inside took a few attempts each time. Power outlets near the bed would be a real bonus.

We had a wonderful stay with our children. The location was perfect, just steps away from the iconic Tram 28, which made exploring the city a fun adventure. The neighborhood was lively yet felt safe, allowing us to enjoy family strolls without worry. The staff was exceptionally friendly, offering personalized recommendations for family-friendly attractions and dining options, which made our trip much smoother. We also loved the communal areas. they were spacious and inviting, providing a great spot for us to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The only drawback we noticed was the occasional noise from the street, especially late at night.
